Generic

Available in English or Spanish with Donate Life logo & URL/Done Vida & URL.

Custom – Online Design (Free)

Available in English or Spanish. Using our design portal, you can make limited customizations: Replace the Donate Life/Done Vida logo with a Donate Life/Done Vida state logo, replace the URL with your state registry URL and/or add a second logo. (Donate Life/Done Vida logo must remain, whether version shown or a State version).

Custom – DLA Design ($100)

For more complex customizations—like adding an unusually shaped logo or additional logos (more than two), custom formatting to the copy—select this option. Donate Life America will work with you directly and a $100 customization fee will apply. DLA will contact you once your order is placed to begin the customization process.

Custom – Reorder | Updates to Existing Art ($75)

Select this option if your organization has already ordered a custom 2021 DMV Appreciation Month Poster from DLA and would like to make changes to it before reprinting for a $75 fee.

Custom – Reorder Existing Art

Select this option if your organization has already ordered a custom 2021 DMV Appreciation Month Poster from DLA and would like to reprint it with no changes. This does not apply to reprinting last year’s customizations with this year’s artwork.
