Description of Customization Types

Generic

No customizations. The generic version of the Multicultural Outreach Cards features the message "One Voice, One Vision... to Save and Heal Lives" and the megaphone art on the front, and the Donate Life or Done Vida logos and "DonateLife.net" or "DoneVida.org" on the back.

Custom – Online Design (Free)

Using our design portal, you can make the following customizations: Back of Card - Replace the Donate Life or Done Vida logos with a Donate Life or Done Vida State logo and/or add your organization’s logo and replace “DonateLife.net/DoneVida.org” with your state registry URL. *Option to customize envelope with return address with a minimal customization fee.

Custom – DLA Design ($100)

You may choose to customize the outside of the card with either the National Minority Donor Awareness Month or National Multiethnic Donor Awareness Month logos, customize the inside with a message, and/or the back with organization logos, names, etc., in which case Donate Life America will work with you directly and a $100 customization fee will apply. This custom fee also includes custom printed envelopes with your return address and/or logo (black and white only), if desired* Please proceed to checkout for this option. Donate Life America will contact you once your order is placed to begin the customization process.
*You have the option of choosing blank envelopes in the "Custom Envelopes" field as a more economical option.

Custom – Reorder | Updates to Existing Art ($75)

Select this option if your organization has already ordered a custom Multicultural Outreach Note Card from DLA and would like to make changes to it before reprinting for a $75 fee.

Custom – Reorder Existing Art

Select this option if your organization has already ordered a custom Multicultural Outreach Note Card from DLA and would like to reprint it with no changes.
